It's in New Zealand, and as I plan to travel there soon, got excited for a moment, thinking that going the long way via Middle East will represent a good deal 
I guess, we are a bit too obsessed with abbreviations and codes on FT. From my experience here apart from top 20 most popular airports of the world other airport codes need to be looked up even by reasonably-frequent travelers. Even worse if the topic itself uses the wrong code thus distorting valuable info in the post.
Good deal nevertheless, although I don't think AA+KE itinerary is bookable at $1100- as GF shows
