EDIT: Looks like it's available on some dates at $1795 through Kayak itself.

Actually bookable.
On Kayak, it says price no longer available. Orbitz also offers, then comes back at $11k. No one else comes close. MU website comes back at $5k+.
Indian Eagle seems to have a reputation for selling it, then coming back later (after the cancel window) saying price not available.
I tried again, adjusting dates and flights, as I need to be in DEL in November, and was finally able to purchase a ticket for $1794 through Kayak/JustFly. Got res code, ticket number, and chose seats. All looks good.
For those looking for DL MQD's, this is a bargain- that $1794 ticket earns $7325 DL MQD's, an amazing 4 to 1 ratio.

Just verified the tickets on MU website, and the LAX-PVG books into I class (150% MQM), while PVG-DEL booked into J, which earns 200% MQM's. Totals for the trip will be $7325 MQD, 30143 MQM, and 58605 RDM (including DM bonus).
