There's a few reviews online. The new 787 J hard product looks very good but I've not yet tried it. The 330 seat is reasonable. IFE is hopelessly outdated in terms of equipment and content.
Food is good, wine list fair. Champagne last time was Jaquart - so better stick with the OJ. Cabin crew are friendly. London Lounge good, Bahrain tired. Don't know about ex BKK, I have to wait until October to find out!
If you book via an OTA you need to call up for seat assignment - This was easy, and I found the call centre to be very competent. You can avoid the premium rate number ex UK if you do a bit of googling.

Booked by Expedia
I had a lengthy stopover on way back from
BKK. So tang the London Office they told me I needed my own hotel but when we landed we were given a free hotel. So bit of miscommunication.
Lovely crew and service. Food wasn’t amazing
