Qr j: Lon- hkg £1400

Seeing good availability in October and November. Some availability in Sep (haven't looked for earlier). Slightly cheaper out of LGW than LHR

QR finally feeling the pinch and releasing better fares ex-UK ... this will definitely help them fill in those empty seats

A bit random, but if anyone is looking for a comparable fare in August, I see SK offer £1493 from MAN-HKG, so long as you route one way via PEK.

I was able to price this up with connecting flights on into China on KA. Was about £1600 return LHR to TAO (Qingdao) via DOH and HKG.

Thank you. Not even the 1-2-1 reverse herringbone seats to HKG?

EDIT: seatguru shows that both QR818 and 816 are flown by A350 with 2-2 seating. Looks like reverse herringbone in the picture...am I missing something?

You're missing a reliable source, seatguru hardly has the most up-to-date information as to what aircraft is deployed on various routes. To be as certain as possible, I would check QR's timetable or make a dummy search on QR's website to find out. Also, good to remember that QR is notorious for equipment changes.
