how cheap must it go, that someone is willing to fly 33.5 hours from TOK to MLE arriving after sunset, therefore accomodation is needed before heading to any paradise island there??

Kayak showed $903 earlier - results was Vayama, bookable on Kayak only. It never showed on vayama.com but went all the way to booking on kayak.

That depends on whether the resort is in Male' atoll or not. If Male atoll then it will be a speed boat transfer and will be done in the night too. If it is a seaplane then it will be during the day time. If they take a domestic land based plane they operate in the night too. So the accommodation is needed in Male or the airport hotel or Hulumale depending on the location of the resort and the transfer mode.
