Oman (up to) -50% sale ends today
I see no mention of this sale anywhere on here which is very surprising. There are still a few hours left to benefit from this sale which seems to be offering real discounts, unlike the current Qatar sale.

Valid from all airports, but not Europe or Oman or some others.

Example fare: BKK<>LHR 63,000B (GBP1450) which is a fairly good price for flights ex-BKK.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Ticket sales from 08th January 2018 to 18th January 2018.
  • Valid for travel period from 08th January 2018 to 31st May 2018.
  • Discount is applicable on Business and Economy class base fare.
  • Discount is valid on return journeys only.
  • Discount is applicable from selected points on Oman Air online network.
  • Discount is applicable to all Oman Air online network (Excluding: Manila, Doha, Jeddah and Madinah).
  • Discount is not applicable from Oman and Europe.

Bogus sale, I searched every possible combination from Asia to Europe a few days ago and not one Seat on any date offered at sale discount. Saver business is their regular cheapest restricted business class, not one flight could be found with the up to 50% off tag.
Dissapointing.

The prices I found for flights in March were less than the usual price. Maybe not 50% less, but less all the same. I dont see anyone else doing BKK<>LHR for GBP1450 at the moment and the next cheapest I can see anywhere is Gulf at GBP1700. YMMV

I did notice the sale and there were some good fares ex CAI (eg to BKK).
Turkish: HBE - BKK $999 RT

I didn't need to look for anything else, so I didn't.

What I’m trying to say is that if it was a decent sale then it would have been all over the blogs and here.
Cheap fares CAI-BKK are a given. My 2c

I also found plenty of availability from KUL to MUC in March for $1400 - excellent value but it disappeared within 24 hours. It certainly should have been mentioned on the blogs earlier. There have been few bargain premium fares out of Asia of late.

I've just found CAI-MEL-CAI in business on WY/MH for AUD 1811 (USD 1449), which I don't think is too bad.
