MH: DEL-SYD select dates in Feb for 1040GBP
Hi guys,
Found the same cheap Delhi to Sydney TP run in late Feb/March 2018 on MH but for 300GBP less. I believe this may also work to Melbourne.

The return routes via PER, earning 720 British Airways Tier Points. Flight connections are quite tight though and two of the five flights are on B737s (i.e. recliner seats)
Thanks

This is a good find. It looks like a re-run of an offer that MH ran in August. At the time the then fairly new MH site wouldn't allow multi-city bookings, so in order to secure the flights - and the tier points - I bought my flights through an online travel agency and ended up paying around £1200 in all. I shall be flying out of Delhi on 25th February and flying back on 28th February.
What I discovered sometime after booking my flights, was that had I used the MH site to search for a simple DEL-SYD-DEL, this would have been one of the many options offered. I've checked and that's still the case now, although only the return-via-Perth option seems to offer this particularly low price.
The tight connection is inbound at KUL. I shall be travelling HBO and know my way around KUL airport, even so I'll be wearing my sprinting shoes.

Its a half trip from this one, never gone yet (DEL to PER via SYD) combined with DEL-PER as another 1/2 round trip:
MH: DEL-Australia r/t in J from ~US$1,350

how about 840 TP , an extra hop thru SYD and all flights on wide body lie flat seats for essentially the same amount?

Even better in terms of bangs per buck! I actually needed to go for Sydney for a couple of days, and had been looking to maximise tier points without adding too much extra time in; but for anyone with a bit more time to spare, this is an amazing price for so many tier points earned in so much (relative) comfort.
