I still can't sign up for the 2x qmiles offer on the Qatar website. The offer doesn't show up. Sent an email to customer service and was told that only new accounts are eligible for the offer (absolute nonsense). Tried reaching out to them again but in case anyone else is having an issue, posted a thread here as well: QR Privilege Club - Cannot register for offer, terrible service. Any way to escalate?

No idea what the regular fare is, but I see HEL-LPQ (Luang Prabang in Laos) for under GBP1,300 in September - seems to be well under any other pricing so thought worth sharing.

I was able to register for the 2x qmiles offer through my Privilege Club account, but nothing this year looks even remotely deal worthy.

I quoted the offer code in my message to them and even the head of QR social media sent the PC team a message. They replied with the same lies: Only new members since 1st Jan 2018 are eligible. Incredible how even an internal request got stonewalled like that by them. Clearly there is no such term/condition/limitation on the offer but hey, what can you do? =/ I can't really reach anyone who would give any other response on this issue.
