I think you put ABV instead of ABJ in your link by mistake , but found the free after changing the destination airport to ABJ. Great find!

Check other destinations like YYZ and IAH, looks like TK is offering J sales again out of MNL.

Found this several days ago to ORD for 1509. Only credits 100% PQM to UA though, if it had been 200% I would have made it work.
