£2,481 on GF. However, on BA is showing as £4,270.
Any idea how to book for £2,481?

You can't book HNL on BA.com using the flights suggested on GF which is a shame.

Which BA metal is the best - 787 or A380? I assume the 747 metal would be quite dated.

I might book Jan-june; appears you only have to start your travels by Feb 8, return leg can be any date AFAICT.

Indeed, I'm seeing LAX at the same price for a July return.

I really like the new 789 F but I think for night flight the A380 is the best. Very spacious feeling. Book on each way ^

For sure it's not AF (or even close) but pretty hard to beat the price especially using Amex Pay With Points and crediting the flights to Alaska at 550%.
Looks like we’re in for a treat! Can’t wait for that TR.

I do like 789 F - the 789 is gentler on the senses too. I love the previous comment that BA F is the best Business Class in the sky - quite clever (and on the money). But for this price, who cares. Plus you’d get into the elusive Concord room which us mere OW Emerals can’t access unless we’re on BA metal in F. I know it won’t be like CX QR QF First lounges, but I hate being excluded from anything (but it’s so British of them).

Something about the full English breakfast in the Concorde room that I love - flew 789 to Austin last week. Yeah some of the Asian carriers and LH/LX have a superior F product. But there's something great about BA F - dunno what it is for me.
