Not sure how popular RGN is as a destination right now but JNB-DOH-CNX can be had for ~$100 less.

Directional ticket value has to be greater than 400$ I think and you have to be on the shortest possible connection. I don't know how many flights QR operates to CPT, but they have only 5 weekly flights to RGN.
