Seemingly lots of availability after the holidays. Leaving on 12/30 opens up a departure option that is only 14h vs 24h between 12/25-12/29.

Was planning on to SEA->HND after the holiday with my kiddo, but saw this and for the price, couldn't say no. Why so cheap?

All UA widebodies are lie-flat in J, so that's accurate. (EWR-LIM is also lie-flat).
The routing rules allow YVR-SFO-EWR-LIM, which would be lie-flat after the first two hours. ~28K PQM on UA for US$1249 (~1118 PQD). Requires 50 day advance purchase and 7 day minimum stay; it can be done with a Saturday night stay instead for about $170 more.
