It's a QR fare for YTO (which would provide for any Toronto airport) to CMB and is an R fare (ie, business class).

For a few $ more it's also avail to Indian airports and BKK.

Remember that QR doesn't fly to YYZ, so they will sell both AC and Porter connections from both Toronto airports.

I do not see this fare on the QR site. When I try to book from YTO I just get errors. Can anyone give specifics?

OP seems to have been quoting the fair in CAD. Just random sample dates of April 18-25 I can get $2677CAD ($2145USD) with Y one way and J the other. I can also get J on the entire RT for $4104CAD ($3289CAD)
