The whole thread is about what is effectively a roundabout OW TUN-JFK, albeit using fares which can be combined to create an OJ on two
different continents, two different IATA areas.
It is an exceptionally good fare given there is a QR sale both out of Tunisia and SA.

It seems that something similar may be possible now, except based around Tunis-USA or USA-Tunis fares instead of South African ones.
I found the two examples below just by playing around on qatarairways.com for a bit. I'd imagine that better deals are possible. The fares usually book into I, but sometimes they book into C or D.
TUN-DOH-LAX-DOH-SOF -- 5,793 TND (US$2,326)
TUN-DOH-IAH/MEL-DOH-ARN -- 5,958 TND (US$2,392)
