You can indeed force this to LAS through LAX both ways using multiple city booking, for maximum EQD. Bookable on BA with BA codes for ~1350 euro, gives > x2 EQDs.

Maybe it´s just me, but didn´t the BA Codeshare on AA flights always book in A when flying F/J on the longhaul? I was under the imagination, that A-class under BA Codeshare on the Transcon flights would map into Business Class(I) with AA when flying J longhaul.
