BA/AY: YYC-DXB in Business CAD$2,947 (USD$2,371)

YYC-LHR-HEL-DXB; I fare code on AY. Not the most luxurious way to get to Dubai, but a good business fare for Calgary. Free stopovers are permitted in Helsinki.

The fare is about the same flying out of YYZ or YUL, and open jaws are possible. It's more expensive out of YVR (an extra ~USD$380 in each direction), but you can add CX, routing it YVR-JFK-HEL-DXB and avoiding BA and London: example.
