Ib/ba wt+ (pe) mad-dxb/auh 350€
Sorry if not posted correctly as I don't know if it is Premium fare or not.
IB is selling Premium Economy routes MAD (or BCN,ALC,VLC,PMI etc) to DXB or AUH via LHR on BA metal (World Traveler Plus, booking class T) starting 350€. Lot of availability until March 2018. Fare class TLBNES. |
Where are you seeing these?
|
On IB.com itself but its booked for me into economy - almost same as the deal already posted
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milea...uh-163-rt.html |
How are you getting it to be €350?
There are two T class fares, one filed by IB and the other by BA, but both identical and are around £224+taxes. The IB one as you said is TLBNES and the BA one is TLNCEUR. Ticketing deadline is 1st August. |
I booked on Ib.com
The mad-lhr sectors are booked on K class and LHR-DXB into T class. Both IB and BA shows long haul sectors as World Traveller Plus. Sample dates: feb-2 out feb-3 in. |
I know someone who booked this ex Alicante and, whilst the site clearly shows PE, it ticketed in Y on all sectors ......

On Iberia Plus program, until yesterday this itenerary only gave you 220 TP and now it gave 755 TP. You can always check on IB site during booking process how many Avios you'll earn. |
the flight departing MAD at noon is operated by 777, can it be flown in WT+ seats?
|
I see a bunch of dates in the 535 euro range (e.g. https://www.google.com/flights/?gl=u...017-11-12;sc=p) but nothing at the 350 euro rate. :/
ETA Looks like forcing the LON-DXB to IB code does drop the price nicely: https://www.google.com/flights/?gl=u...MAD0BA462;sc=p. |

The problem appeared to be Iberia's system couldn't cope with WT+ bookings on the Spain-UK sector (where of course there is no WT+), and shovelled the whole journey into economy in order to make sense of a messy world. At least that's how a helpful agent explained it to me. The agent confirmed the booking really is for premium economy and mailed me a revised itinerary showing that. It still looks a bit of a shambles viewed via Iberia's "my booking", and after briefly appearing on BA (seat election in WT+), it's gone again from there. |

As you can see, it is still working on several dates:
1. - 5. March 2018 http://up.picr.de/29900917lp.jpg 15. - 19. March 2018 http://up.picr.de/29900918qq.jpg |
Doesn't have to be booked on ib.com - clearly available published fare booking into K/T/T/K.
Am investigating further :) |
(£3.67 cashback via TopCashBack...)

Also possible for AUH and also bookable through Expedia.
