I've put this in here as its WTP (Premium Economy). It's a pretty good fare if you part pay with Avios too.

ARN Stockholm to Dubai, via LHR.

Dates are Sept 17 - Mar 18.

It's possible to get the 787 on LHR - DXB leg! Subject to change of course!

LHR direct to AUH available for £575 / £580

You can fly direct from LHR to AUH, guarantee the new 789 for £575 for most of the same period.

There appears to be similarly discounted fares from many EU departure points for between £470 and £510.. not sure the extra cost of the positioning flight makes it worth it over the direct AUH flight.

Its been here already two months ago as I remember - however Its always better to read redundant threads instead of missing a solid fare

I was considering this some time ago, but decided to invest £1000 into business with Swiss instead (ex-PRG).

For those LON based, it's a lot more convenient doing a one hop to DUB and legitimately finishing your travels in LHR for same price

Am I correct in thinking this would be 200tp return?

Is it possible to upgrade this fare using avios?

Then you can fly from Barcelona.
It's not cheaper for me who has base in Stockholm.

Yes, you will need to pay any applicable taxes for this sector also (I do not know what they are, if any)

Why is APD due? Are people taking a stopover in London?

EDIT: I guess you are talking about the LHR-AUH fare mentioned in post 2. Never mind.
