Very interesting find! I see the same P fare published by LX and UA. I've posted the routing rules for convenience but haven't taken time to think of the potential options to maximise, but I think one might be able to do better than just connections in FRA and IAH. I think if you looked at the UA fare there might more creativity, only because there are 64 routings published.
Both are non-refundable, GBP 250 change fee. Unfortunately stopovers are not permitted, but with the allowed transfers you might be able to work in a few <24-hr stops and see some places along the way.
