Star Alliance has just filed a 888 USD base fare in Business Class from San Diego to London. Fare is also valid from other OneWorld hubs such as DFW/CLT/MIA/PHL. Valid between 01JUN17 through 31AUG17 - comes in at ~2200 USD all-in (with 956 USD in YQ). Travel must be Sun - Thurs. Fri and Sat are excluded as travel days. There is no minimum stay requirement. It is a P fare and upgrades cannot be used.

There are also some interesting routings available where you can fly multiple *A members. This one is to STN:

$2127 and it is a Saturday-Tuesday trip.

Nice. I updated the title.

Awesome find! Thanks. I just booked DFW-LHR round trip for ~$2K. DFW-FRA on LH and return is ZRH-DFW on Swiss. I was looking from AUS-LHR and it as almost $2K in economy.

DFW-MAD for ~$1800

Unfortunately One World does not seem to be matching any of these prices (unless I am missing something).

Thanks for the tip.

I found flights around $2,000 from JFK and EWR through end of August at least (none from DFW, PHL or CLT).

Looks like you may only be able to apply AARP discount to flight on BA metal this time, though I have not tried this yet.

Same prices for BA, AA, and Iberian flights.

Thanks, OP! Was able to book out of DEN via SFO both ways (747 on the way there, 787-9 on the way back) for $2060!

chavala Apr 26, 2017 2:16 pm

I have been watching this route for a month, hoping it would go down. Nearly paid $3600. Now $2066 DFW via ORD 4th July wknd : )
