One way distance is 2152 miles, so assuming you are calculating AS EQM, that's 2152*2*1.5 = 6456 EQM. |

If you route through JFK on Delta, on certain days they are showing lay flats.

Fares also available from JFK on AA for ~100 more. Unfortunately it looks like AA only flies 737s and A320s into MEX, so no options for lie flats for OW.

Looks like Boston has same fares on American, into the summer, Delta year round.

FYI, I was looking recently on Aeromexico and found that flights IAD-MEX-TIJ fall into a similar price range for business class and will yield the 150% DL MQM for someone traveling to the San Diego area. Just an overnight red eye outbound, layover, and the second connection back north. Return appears possible same-day. Definitely cheaper and more MQM rich than flying coast-to-coast in domestic first class to San Diego.
