Might be interesting for a BAEC tier run.

For instance:

DXB-DOH-MAA RT
March 29 - April 2
477 €

A330 and A320/A321

400 TP

DEL/KHI pretty much the same price.

I've not been to India for a few years - I seem to remember it was quite the hassle getting a business visa...

What's the score now for tourist visas does anyone know ?

eVisa costs $60 pretty easy to do, sometimes difficult finding the eVisa desk

other destination

DXB-KTM ( Kathmandu, Nepal ) 580 USD

DXB-CMB 545 USD

seems like minimum stay is 4 night :(

Yes, on the way back to DXB but not on the outbound, as the DXB-DOH flight is not over 4h.

Tourist visas for India very easy to get, just a lot of paper work. And they run about $150. But you can ask for 10 year visa, instead of normal 5 year and normally they will give it to you.

I've also done the India biz visa (3x) and tourist visa was slightly easier to get.

Easy, though there are a couple of hoops thrown into what is essentially a simple e-visa process. It's Indian administration grudgingly giving way to technology and tourism demands.

It now covers aroundv150 nationalities and though it's called an Electronic Tourist Visa it is valid for tourist and business visits. Note these visas are single visits and you can only get two visas per year: the duration of the visit is limited and can't be extended in-country.

I've never had difficulty finding the desks on arrival: but there are 15 or so international arrival airports accepting these visas, and you do need your wits about you at what can be difficult arrival times.

Ha. Didn't know there's limit on how many one can get per year. What kind of stupidity is this.
