Yup, that's awful, but that's not what AZ's J class looks like...
I do remember, about 12 years ago, flying them MXP-PVG (looooong flight)... the seats looked like that, and the service wasn't much better.
I grew in Italy, so am familiar with the trials and tribulations of the national carrier. But at this price...
