Just stumbled across this when searching for flights to China out of Europe this summer.
There seems to be wide availability. Bookable via Hainan's website.
Might be other chinese destinations also cheap, but the ones i just tried (Hong Kong, Beijing etc start at about 1500 EUR).

AS miles . . .
If it books in "I" class looks like 100% miles can be claimed on AS. There's a comment on the table on the AS website that says "100% Additional bonus flights on or after December 19, 2016" but I can'd find any details of what that's about or when it expires. This is fare is out quite for a while (been discussed on different threads as well) - it used to work also for CTU for the same price as SHA..
And worth to mention - there was competitive fare with KL (PRG - CTU via AMS) - the AMS - CTU leg on KL Dreamliner - also under 1000eur (but available only till end of March)..
And be aware of the Hainan A330 used for this route

Hainan: PRG-PVG €1022
Shoot me if already posted, but Hainan offers PRG-PEK-PVG for €1022 return (A330 & B737) in business. Google prices it at €1022 (see attachment) but since I'm not flying this route anyway, I don't have other dates.
Good to know: Hainan has a sweet A330, full flat business class AND a less sweet one.

This deal seemed gone - it didn't show up on google flights and HU's own website. But just managed to snatch a couple of tickets via momondo mid-july for 1000 EUR.
Good deal as China bound travel ex-Eu over the summer is quite pricy

It was already here, but it is so great, its worth to repeat again 
KLM was attacking this fare with its 787 during the winter schedule - was around 1100euro, now is 1400..
Unfortunately still works only for PEK / CTU - hope Hainan will offer something new..

I am in BORDEAUX area (France) and take BOD-PRG (with KLM/AF) + 2 nigths hôtel in PRG for 210€
Quite a good deal to go from FRANCE to China...
I ask me if stop over and limo service are available just to visit Shangai 2 or 3 days and then go to PEK ...... I have to try....
