Premium Economy OSL-PPT (Tahiti) <2,1k EUR SQ/NZ+LH/SK (short haul) Apr May Jun Jul
(I got inspired from another post I published yesterday in the general economy section :
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milea...l#post27662914
The deal even got down to 1114EUR/949GBP LHR-PPT *A.)
Here, you can fly from OSL with LH, SQ, NZ and SK all the way to PPT for less than 2100 EUR all long haul in PE. Most dates are around 2050 EUR.
Google flights shows those prices at a few dates (see below)
I cannot find any OTA working with this city pair which is frustrating (maybe it would be better getting in touch with a travel agent), but if you can, this routing should almost lead you to NZ Airpoints Silver.
450 TP are required, and at minimum, the routing should grant you 443 if my maths are correct (it seems to me quite low but calculators on SQ or NZ do not work well with PE) and I'd say around 30k miles on SQ but again, because I don't have booking class, I can't be precise.
Departure : 25 Apr, 20 May, 3,7,10 June, 8,15,22 July
10 June for instance : 5 flights on SQ A350/NZ 787 and 1 on SQ A380 2052€
https://www.google.fr/flights/?hl=en...eo=e;q=lhr+ppt
From 8 to 25 July : 2063€

Same price for ~a third of the distance^^
And on top of that, I wouldn't fly AF W class, it is not a very big improvement over Y class Best&Beyond.
On J class, from the US, I saw nothing under 3.5k USD RT with AF, for a 8hrs flight it is a poor deal.
Between Europe and US, we can fly at 2 pax for that price and to the East Coast for sure. At least in the US you have the credit card miles, in Europe it almost doesn't exist ! This is your only option I'm afraid
