QR: VCE-BKK r/t from €1,331 in Business (I)

Not the greatest Europe to Thailand fare I've seen from QR, but seems to be the best around at the moment and also has sensible connections in DOH.

Dates available from now until July, minus some blackouts over Christmas and New Year.

Looks to be a maximum 1 month stay. A330 & 777, but life could be worse!

That is a pretty good deal. I was looking for something ex-EU to BKK just after new years and it appears the outbound works but the return must be after the 15 of January. Just a bit late for our needs but a good deal none the less.

I booked via Egypt Air ex-AMS - paid 1100 BIZ to BKK - CAI stopover.
Leaving Friday. Seat may not be full lay down seats - just major recline... but still beats Monkey Class.

Just to add to this, until 24th October there is a 10% QR code when you book on mobile devices with the code 'MOBILE' on the app/Italian website, making it €1235

Terms and conditions
Sales period: October 17 to 24 in 2016.
Travel Period: from October 20, 2016 to June 14, 2017. All travel must be completed by June 14, 2017.
Blackout period (trip not allowed): from December 15, 2016 al 10 January 2017.
The offer is valid for flights operated by Qatar Airways, with the following exceptions:
- All routes originating from Doha, Jeddah, Medina and Asmara. All routes to Jeddah, Medina and Kathmandu.
The promotion applies only to purchases made through the mobile site and Qatar Airways mobile app by entering the promo code " MOBILE " at the time of purchase.
Qatar Airways is not responsible if the customer fails or wrong to put this promo code.
The discount applies to tickets round trip in Economy and Business Class, with the following exceptions:
- First Class A380 service on the route Londres - Doha.
The discount is applied only on the tariff component of the ticket and not on taxes and fees.
The promotion is subject to availability and may not apply on all flights and dates.
For itineraries that include several classes of booking, apply the most restrictive fare rules.
It applies the standard discount for infants and children.
There are additional terms and conditions, please review it at the time of purchase
http://www.qatarairways.com/it/it/of...ile-promo.page
They've also opened up Christmas and New Year dates on the standard fare (the discount code doesn't work on those dates), which wasn't the case when I originally posted the fare.

A380 service

Booked and confirmed. Thanks OP. Got the A380 DOH-BKK on the way out with a reasonable connection. Not the best, but with the 10% mobile it's not the worst.

If anyone is thinking of super sizing a TP run there are MH deals to be had to TYO, SYD (via KUL) in business on the new A330 flat beds or even JAL B787 for some additional tier points :-)

Have to search hard as most are Malaysian A330 but you can find some JAL 787

Malaysian new A330 flat bed

To be honest most of the A330 MH have been refit with this which looks good.

Cheaper fares from Phuket (although doesn't fit in with the VCE-BKK route)
