Tickets must be issued on/before 13aug 16.

Seems so, do you have any samples for this price or is the cheapest €1100 (which is what I seem to be finding under Emirates (EK) IEEESEG1)

if you use matrix with "EK+ / f bc=o" you should find fares for around 900 Euro. Some OTA´s will find it for 870 Euro.
