C'mon One World, match time. Problem with EY is the lack of a decent FF alliance. No one in *A or OW. Otherwise I would be all over this one. Thanks for the heads up though mate.

It's better than a regular fare (W class+).
Ex-CMB, the west coast has never been that discounted, with fares hovering around 2.7k or so.
Etihad is bringing its own 772s on the SFO route (no Jet metal anymore) so perhaps it coincides with the promotional pricing (Z class).
