And neither do I as your post is regular J fare wrongly categorised under "fare deals". CX, CA,CS,CE all regularly offer similar if not lower pricing on these routes from SEL/ICN. Please play around with google flights!

Actually, based upon seeing this thread (thanks, OP!) I noticed that MH is back on with the ex-BKK business class sale. ICN for about US$500, DPS for US$464, NRT for US$686, SYD for US$1053 among others.
So, no matter what anyone may say, it never hurts to post what you've found.
