Got me one from AMS to SEA, with a flight to LAX in order to fly the new SWISS 777 back to ZRH and AMS. $1,580.00! ^

Thank you FT!!!
This is nuts! I was so excited about the $1,580 ticket, yet I just rebooked the exact same ticket for about $300.00 less!
Thanks again FT!

Surprised that this dropped further.

But the new price is only for AMS. Paris appears to be gone.

On some routes (e.g., AMS-NYC) even nonstop UA flights are available for the low fare. Interesting pricing approach...

The combination I booked yesterday (AMS-LAX both directions on LX) is not available any longer though - and looking at the seat map load has jumped from 3/61 to 28/61 on the first transatlantic leg within 24h.

Have just picked up AMS-SEA via FRA and SFO (Upper deck 747 both ways FRA/SFO) for £912. Quick hop from my local airport BRS to AMS on KLM, and job done.

Have just come back from SEA and said I wanted to go back in the summer months.

Can it work with open jaws or do we have to keep the itineraries relatively straightforward, as far as that is possible for people like us?

I also found some availability to SJU, STT, STX if you prefer an island vacation. (I only checked on itamatrix).

I like the STT version - should be 30,064 Star Alliance Miles. Not bad for one flight

Hi All, looks like this one has flown the coup! All showing now in the €3000+. Tried booking AMS-SEa and it showed as $1234 USD on GF but when I went to book it was $4000+ using any of LH, UA, AC. Any suggestions? I am going to book 3 of these flights which will get m over my Million Miler status with UA, thanks.

This one definitely pricing out now at $3-4K +. It still shows $1200+ on Google but even when I hit a return date the pricing came out much higher. Bugger! I missed it.
