Actually, can anyone tell me how to buy a ticket on AA international sites like UK/CA as their residents without having a local credit card?

Options:

A) Reserve flight. Then call local AA office to pay via phone.
B) If you have AMEX, sometimes you can use a fake US address, as they don't check.

It says 'fake US address' so that is probably what I meant.

Use a hotel's address or something. I have used the White House's once.

Now if only a big promotion like last year's fly three TATL flights on AA would return for this year. I picked up an extra 125k just from that promo!

Deal gone at advertised price, but available at £200 more. The 'trick' in a sense still works.
