Great deals in United's Premium Service P.S. lieflat J from YYZ to SFO by way EWR. Sample Feb 1 to Feb 1.

Many dates, this is just a sample Milerun routing. Force connections to EWR. Credits 11,760 miles to United 5.1CPM in USD or 7.3 CPM in CAD. Pairing with a 5,000 PQM bonus per segment in paid business for a total of 21,760 miles for $870 CAD.

hagan73, thanks for the great post! It's always like finding gold to see a deal from Ontario, and I appreciate your posting. I'm always on the lookout for the 757-200 on UA!

I'm just switching from AC to UA after being an SE100K for years, and wanted to confirm the mileage; still learning to adjust to PQM/RDM concepts.

Based on the screenshot, it looks like 11,302 PQM - is that right? You mentioned something about a 5,000 PQM bonus per segment?

For RDM, it's 5x fare cost for non-status members?

Appreciate the assistance, bit of a learning curve from AC, and looking to accelerate my gaining status in UA.

Yes, 5x for regular members for RDMs. 11,302 PQM looks about right. Apologies, mine was with the 500 mile minimums as an elite. 1.5 on the YYZ>EWR and 2x on the EWR>SFO.

The 5000 PQM bonus per segment was a target promotion to promote the switch of PS service to EWR from JFK.

As a YYZ based 1K - welcome!

This really isn't a bad deal at all - even if just for the guaranteed premium cabin and given the regular discounted economy pricing on the LAX/SFO-YYZ runs.

Another YYZ-based 1K here who wouldn't mind a run a these CPM. I assume the 5000 PQM bonus for p.s. service is not something I can still register for? In other words, no link to the bonus, you actually had to have received a specific invitation?

Link for the 5k bonus here. You can sign up until 15 Feb. Unfortunately I was not targeted. Good luck!

This is a great fare, reminds me of the DEN-JFK fare that AA had a few months back in F.

Wow, this is very tempting for the PQMs if I can make the dates work. I didn't get anything in the mail about the bonus offer, but it didn't give me an error when I registered (and told me at the end I was registered, although I don't know where to look to verify). Did you get a particular message when you weren't eligible?

I got this message

We are sorry.
The MileagePlus® number entered is not eligible for this promotion. Please check out News and Offers on united.com for other promotions that you may be eligible for. Thanks for your interest in promotional offers from MileagePlus.
Hope that helps!

I thought I had replied, but looks like it was my forgetfulness!

Thanks for the confirmation, and the welcome - I appreciate the help in confirming I'm interpreting the RDM/PQM system right. Well on my way, and I'll be landing at 64K PQM by end of month. Just happy that UA didn't abandon YOW, like the others did!

Sadly I didn't qualify for the promo, but it's still a great fare without it - thanks!
