pnt1, there are good prices from CPH to HNL in business for most of the alliances, see for example Google Flights. For OneWorld, prices are cheapest over the summer (~£1270), some dates with United or Lufthansa/Air Canada are from £1140. Be aware that not all of these routings maximise lie flat seats.
A good place to look for premium EU-HNL flights is the BAEC board (Tier Point run wiki), because of the way that BA 'Tier Points' are collected (this is a great route for gaining status and the board is very active).
