I think the back-to-back in SXM is too short and ITA has that wrong. You need 90 minutes for it to be a valid connection.
If you allow overnighting, then you can do this on AA.com via the multicity search tool. I specified MAD-LHR, LHR-MIA, MIA-SXM, SXM-CDG in F (with restrictions) on any oneworld carrier.
There are two flights to SXM on weekdays so you can avoid the nightstop if you are happy to sit in the terminal for hours.
You can also go via JFK or DFW or CLT, plenty of scope there.

Also possible to route via PHL - AA is running the USA330 to SXM (at least on the dates I looked) so you can get long-haul equipment all the way in J if you like.
(No AA F on LHR-PHL of course but you can do LHR-JFK-PHL or LHR-MIA-PHL in F if desired.)

Is it not worth a visit in its own right, or is it a scary destination? I myself would always try to find the time to visit a destination I don't know and which I ordinarily would never have visited.
