Wouldn't it have to be after 10/25 when ps service moves to EWR for the flat bed or are they flying flat beds there sooner?

Is $397 one way supposed to be good? RT in high $4's low $5's into next year

Sorry-
Just realized you were referring up front- not economy. Class not in title.
$880-$900 into May next year RT

Definitely something I cannot use but thanks for posting

Also seems like a good hidden city for those going to NYC

Was (or perhaps even is?) available for 367 USD earlier this week, from many CA airports. Also for PLS. I booked SAN-EWR-PLS.

I have no idea about flat-beds. Afaik all these flights were in regular domestic F but I'm not USA based and not a UA expert. I only booked UA because they were almost half the price compared to other carriers and since I needed the flights, it seemed a good deal, but not MR material so I did not post. Apologies if I was supposed to do so.

Sooner, if Google is correct. (For some other dates SFO-EWR shows "standard recliner seat")

FYI hidden-city with these can be a bit annoying, as the staff will often ask me for a return ticket. I've been asked when I've bought one-ways to CUN/SDQ/MEX - not sure if they'd ask for them for NAS or not.

I always just put something on hold to show them, but it's worth mentioning.

AA holds work well for that purpose

No, CO dba UA already operates a couple of CO 752s in int'l configuration every day on this route. They have been operating for quite some time now, the rest of the flights are 737s/320s through, so it's not easy to notice until you find yourself aboard one of these birds. These run at a premium on many dates, but not all dates. Post 10/25 every flight on SFO/LAX-EWR should be flat bed, that's the only difference between pre and post 10/25 bookings.

seems post 10/25 EWR is not showing up on Google Flights as a connection point, seeing the 397 rate but via ORD or IAH. Is NAS seasonal?

Just curious -- "the staff" of what company or entity questions you about your return??
