This is a good fare if you earn on M&S

Similar prices at more or less 1100 / 1300 € to YUL, JFK, ORD, IAD
1,500€ to IAH or LAX
1,450€ to EZE, GRU

Seriously? Full-boat J on TK only earns 25% in M&M? That is terrible.

I think that is exactly the intention.

Cheap tactics for an airline (LH) which doesn't know how else to adjust to the realities of competition (TK).

25% status miles, as mentioned above , award miles you get 150%.

If it is not a re-qualification year, it is OK.

The fare is amazing. Have you managed to find alternative departure airports for a similar price?
I do see the same price out of VNO. Anything else?

No, I searched for flights to Canada only, tried with OJ but nothing interesting.

That was a unilateral decision made on Lufthansa's side to prevent their Senator members from flying Turkish Airlines, who clearly offer a better product at a lower price.

If it's a real fare, a competent TA *should* be able to book it. Might be worth the extra charge.

Having trouble finding OTA that can book fare. Tried multiple dates in Oct/Nov on TKs website, no luck. Help appreciated.

Having the same issue, I see the fare for dates on ITA Matrix but reprices on Kayak and the TK site... Looking at the fare rules it seems to be bookable to June 30 and it's a J fare so should have availability.

ITA is known to display a lot of TK inventory which does not exist.

Departure from ATH on 10th of Nov, returns on 18, 19, 22, 23, 24 of Nov. Other dates: dep. 23/11, 25/11, 27/11, return 28/11, 29/11, 30/11, 1/12 and more. Try to search with matrix view on TK website.
RT for 1115 EUR.

I ran this Friday evening and seem to recall it working for ATH - YUL as well for about the same price. Great fare.

Too bad it doesn't work in reverse, from YUL to ATH and back :)

Since it's TK that's buying the miles in M&M, I'd say it's retaliating against LH by shortchanging them by purchasing fewer miles.

TK still buys full award miles, it's LH that counts only 25% of them as status.
