I can force it to come up on Orbitz, but when I select it it comes back with a no longer available error.

Booking QR sucks.

EDIT: it also shows up on Hipmunk but that routes to QR.com to book and craps out as it defaults to first class.

Try contacting Sykes

Agreed. I can split it into segments and it will come up on Priceline too, but craps out when I try to click through.

I can get to/from PHL for 1300$ though. Still, awesome deal.

Yes, looks like PHL prices on QR.com for EGP10,021. ^

MIA, DFW, and ORD also price out.
ORD is EGP9779 ^^

Different terminal from QR. Everyone but *A use the old terminal (which already looks like a bomb went off).

If Cairo's a bit dodgy, you can do Casablanca-NY return for Ł866

Im guessing your suggestion is using a different airline. Flying Casablanca to JFK via Doha, is over the top, considering its an 8 hour flight each way between the two cities and in the opposite direction to NY.

Last time I checked this thread was in the Mileage Run Deals forum. So 7cpm (before COS and status bonuses) in QR J is bad now?

I have done this flight several times. Over the top? Yup, over the top in the amount of miles you can earn.

I can't imagine a better deal than this for a comfortable flight to get AA elite.

A little OT, but I did the QR CMN-DOH-JFK run last year. Ticket was about 1800$, racked up around 25000 qualifying miles + my CP bonus. Isn't a bad way to get points quick and relatively cheaply, without flying in the back of the bus.
