EWR-CDG with a stop in Luton. So you sleep an hour less and refuel in the ghetto. Service must be disrupted too, I guess they throw you breakfast two hours before Luton and that's it, no more sleep. Trip reports will be interesting.

I think it's pushing it to suggest the CPH fare is an attack on B0
Am surprised that American Airlines aren't doing anything as they start BHX-JFK any day now, but their Y fares are going to be about the same as La Compagnie's price.

B0 is not a seriously threatening competitor on the route, especially with a small plane, not even daily, and from Luton. AA/BA strongly countered the CDG offer, probably a costly over-reaction. AF's attitude (after all it's also their market) is far lighter with dates and length of stay condition. For once, it is probably more to the point.
