insecureflight - background checks? what agencies particpate, what do they check

Hello I am sure this is a repeat question and I have searched and read threads but I will try. Hopefully not too many slams, or can refer me to the right thread.

Does anybody really know what this in SecureFlight or threat database holds? What agencies participate, or feed informaton?

I recently became a major victim of identity theft (the perpetrator also created fake DLs), so who knows what is going on under my name now as well as the rest of my life.

Is it state, local police, DMV, i.e warrants I would guess, and/or major criminal activity if warrants exist?

Is it culled form FBI, INS (or whatever they call it), CIA, SSN, IRS etc?

It sounds like they could stop people with minor infractions from what I can tell, or is that a myth?

Is is this just the million dollar question?

So far the police are checking to make sure I don't have new fraud or criminal activity, but this will be a lifelong problem for me.

This link will explain what they use to verify ID.
