Other articles have shown that SFO consistently scores better than its TSA counter parts.

Call me a cynic, but due to SFO's history of circumventing covert testing, I'd suspect there still is some monkey business going on there!
I'd say the same thing about TSA, and their cheating is much more recent than SFO's. Even with cheating, they still can't get it right.

I don't see how you can say SFO's results are tainted and TSA's aren't given they've both been caught cheating.
