New Rules on Liquids ?

Due to a change of jobs, I haven't been flying as much lately (last trip was in Aug), and I thought I'd recently heard of some new proposed rules on the amount of liquids being allowed on in carry on baggage. I did a search and came up with nothing. (Granted,-- I only went back 5 SEARCH pages on "liquids"-- which took me to mid Oct;) )-- but nothing on this topic. Any more recent info available as to 'if' or 'when' they may happen

I think he's asking about proposed rule changes. A quick Google search pulls up quite a bit, such as:

Bottom line, nothing is official as of yet. I guess liquids will be less flammable in 2009 and beyond...

Not to mention less dangerous for those of-so-easy to mix binary explosives.
