The best idea ever.

And shortly the number of screenings required to reach the gate will
increase to 5... or more.

I'd prefer to fire every one of them and go back to private security with no ID checking at all, no liquid stupidity, no Shoe Carnival, no BP checking, and a much shorter list of prohibited items which is clearly published, i.e. no secret rules.

Triple screening everyone ?

Better idea: Pay them based on the number of Red Team tests they pass.

Gotta add a rule that you only get to count each person you screen once per day. With that, sounds like a good idea to me...even though obv would never happen.

Still leaves open screening on arrival/transfer.

I like the way you think. Unfortunately, if you work for the TSA you most likely aren't the type that would be motivated by economic incentives.

Problem #2: TSOs would object every time an additional screener was added to their checkpoints, since it would be a revenue hit. Thus, each checkpoint would have fewer screeners.
