Not surprisingly, a news source with some understanding of technology (CNet) is exposing it for the boondoggle that it is. In the mean time, other media sources are still paying homage to the "anything for security" mantra. I'm glad to see that so congressfolk have also figured it out, but if they can't make it go anywhere we're still hosed.
