TSA Ted rocks

best TSA agent ever. He's at ATL and gets the TSA carry-on message across without screaming at you and making you feel like a 5 year old. Lines move quickly and without hassle. And most people leave with a smile.

This has -0- to do with Delta.

I'll look out for him at ATL and tell him you said 'Hi'.

DL's hub is in ATL, that's why I posted here. But I understand that TSA is not exclusive to DL. I figured several other DL folks would know who I was talking about.

My personal favorite was the drill sgt. guy that paces back and forth and yells the rules at the security line in LAS.

I thought TED was with UA, not with TSA or DL.

Or did you mean ASA, not TSA, and are you implying that TED might merge with ASA, making this the first of a slew of scary regional merger threads?

I had someone name Ted once in Atlanta TSA. Ted was the nice guy who, when I once forgot to take my blackberry out of my pocket going through security at 5 am, muttered that I was likely a terrorist and had the supervisor come over and interrogate me about why I was trying to sneak my blackberry through security. It really was very kind of him.

TSA is full of "Nice" guys.

Although it shouldn't matter, I'm caucasian, blond hair, travel weekly, etc. etc. Don't look very much like what the U.S. has pegged as a terror suspect.

Which terminal? Fortunately I fly D terminal every Friday night and have not had the pleasure.

My favorite TSA Ted line: "Please locate your hand and verify that your boarding pass is within it. Thank you for flying through ATL HJ"
