Online TSA complaint forms.

I've read several posts where the forms were not available at the checkpoint.

For anyone who has seen the version from the checkpoint, is this the form?

If so, perhaps the link should be a sticky ;)

No, that's not it.

This is the form.

I can't guarantee Comcast will keep it up if there's heavy traffic, but the mods are welcome to sticky it if they want.

I'll mirror it if you want. PM me and let me know.

If you want, feel free to save a copy and post it. This is something I won't horde. :)

I have had that discussion with a TSA supervisor when he saw that I had the form and took it from me since it was SSI. That's okay, I told him that there are plenty more where that came from. It's SSI only when completed; the blank form itself is not, but some TSO's don't understand that.

emphasis mine: because my dear ND Sol, you imply, infer and otherwise allude to applying common sense and logic to the tsa ;)
