Have you? Whether or not you have, TSA HAS a Civil Rights Compliance squad, or whatever, which is supposed to 'oversee' any such complaints filed under the cover of this huge Constitutional Tent.

You go first! Tell us all about it, then I'll tell you what happened to ME (and I'll bet to YOU, if you ever tried it!)

I almost applied for a job with a TSA division with a name similar to that, but I read the description and it was for internal issues (EEOC compliance, for instance).

The response I got was from the civil rights OUTSIDE compliance group. And, well, I deemed it not to be actually tied UP with TSA.

There I go, thinking again. I'm sure this group has a large TSA-friendly lawyerly composition, just perched to swoop in on any pax crying 'rights violation'. Long and short was my complaint (about being the ONLY WHITE SENIOR CITIZEN HAOLIE given a secondary grope) was "not deemed to be a violation of your rights."

Where was my judge, jury and executioner? He was still standing behind the UA ticket counter in Maui, I suppose. I'd like to know who deemed my case less than meritorious, but I'm not even allowed to know the rule I broke, if there WAS one.

Want to place bets here for whether or not this wing of the TSA has a 100% perfect score in dismissing ALL civil liberties complaints as groundless?
