Story A: "Hundreds of uniformed TSO's partol the stations and cars that make up the world-famous Washington Metro, ensuring the safety of the nation's captial's light rail system, and its millions of riders from all walks of life."

Story B: Hundreds of TSO's commute to DCA and IAD via the WMATA Metrorail while wearing their service uniforms. While commuting, TSO's play sudoku, read the morning's Post, or jam to their mp3 players

Sadly that's closer to truth than I'd like to see. :(

* Security with Customer Service - Service is efficient while maintaining the dignity of all passengers.
* Security that is Attentive - Service that acknowledges the passenger strives to minimize passenger anxiety and put them at ease.
* Security that Encourages Teamwork - Service of the highest quality resulting from combined individual efforts.
* Security that Protects Civil Rights - Service that is delivered with respect and equity.



Does that sound like most of the TSA employees you have dealt with? :rolleyes:
