Geltabs
With the new security procedures, is it okay to have non prescription gel tablets in your carry on? What about liquid tylenol? Do these items have to be placed in a separate bag?

The rule is that you can carry 3 oz of liquids per container. These containers have to fit in 1 one quart plastic resealable baggie. To be on the safe side, put the gel tabs in the baggie. Do not take the large tylenol and it needs to go in the baggie too.

if asked.. just tell em its clear solid!
not a gel. |
Option 2: Put liquid tylenol in pocket.

Absolutely, or that the screener doesn't know the rules in the first place. See above. |

You failed to mention anything about a doctors note or prescription. If you want to take the large tylenol go right ahead, but sooner or later without a doctors note, it is going to end up in the trash.

Further, one of your colleagues who is at a different airport says that a doctor's note is not acceptable because anyone can forge such a thing...so which is it? |
