What could some guy w/a clipboard in a TSA uniform possibly need to survey me about much before -- or even right after - the CP?? My level of Customer Service satisfaction?? Please ...

SPOT is a behavioral profiling system - they don't need to see BPs to do that.

From what I understand, the possible outcomes of a SPOT interview are:

(1) pax sent on for normal secreening
(2) pax sent for secondary
(3) pax sent for secondary and LEO called in

Have you thought of asking him if this was part of his assignment, an assessment for Dyanetics (watch THAT quizzical response from him!), or a path to enlightenment? :rolleyes: . Frankly, either is more preferable.

Oh, and ask him which gate Transcendental Air is using...Gate 14, Gate 15, Gate 16....
