We may as well all stop using air travel. The terrorists have won.

I wonder who "noticed" it (read: ratted on the passenger)? Pathetic.

FliesWay2Much Aug 16, 2006 8:01 am

Makes me question the judgment of the guys or ladies up front who made the decision to go back.

Spiff Aug 16, 2006 8:56 am

I refuse to fly under these asinine restrictions.

Morons.

I'm very happy I'm away from the United States of Stupidity.

Then again, I have some opinions on Korean 'safety', but I will leave those unsaid.

exerda Aug 16, 2006 9:05 am

If this happens often enough, maybe the airlines will start squealing about how ridiculous the restrictions are to the TSA.

What am I missing here? When I was sitting in my seat yesterday awaiting to depart phx-pit, I noticed two passengers mosing on back to their seats with 20 oz starbucks coffees. No problems.

I saw 3 on Monday SAT-BWI. No problems...

Then again, the TSO who ransacked through my bag at the gate-check opened my bathroom kit, but didn't bother checking/opening a plastic trash bag that had a pair of shoes in it.

 You hit the nail on the head. There is zero conformity with TSA. Very annoying.
